The case is integrally high-pressure injection-molded with thickened modified PP polypropylene. It features three-dimensional thickened reinforcing ribs all over the body and multiple heavy-duty spring latches, together with a full-circle high-elastic sealing strip, meeting the IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. You can optionally equip it with wave-shaped shock-absorbing foam on the lid, layered peel-and-stick base foam or CNC one-piece molded EVA, which can perfectly hold the keyboard main unit, power supply, pedals, data cables and all effect pedal accessories. The extra-deep inner cavity can fully accommodate full-size arranging keyboards. A: The empty case is only for temporary storage. When fitted with the matching tearable foam or slotted CNC shaped foam to secure the position, the entire keyboard will be firmly fixed without shifting or frictional bumps during transportation.
Q2: Is the case waterproof? Can it be used for outdoor performances in the rain?
A: It is fitted with a full-circle closed sealing strip and meets the IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. It can effectively block rainwater and dust during short-term rain exposure and in open-air humid environments to protect the keyboard circuitry inside.
Q3: What is the function of the pressure equalization valve?
A: Temperature differences during air freight or travel in plateau areas will create air pressure differences between the inside and outside of the case. The valve automatically equalizes air pressure to prevent the lid from being stuck shut by negative pressure, making cross-city tours much more convenient.
Q4: Can the bottom foam be freely cut to fit the shape of the keyboard?
A: The bottom layer is layered tearable foam. You can cut out contours for the main unit, pedals and cables as needed to hold the equipment securely, preventing sliding that would scratch the casing and keys during transit.
Q5: The case itself weighs 10.5KG. Is the handle prone to breaking when fully loaded with a keyboard?
A: The handle is thickened and reinforced through integral injection molding with the case. It can support the full weight of the loaded keyboard equipment and will not easily crack or deform during regular short-distance carrying and stage movement.
