This #18031803 slim rectangular aluminum handheld protective case supports full-process OEM/ODM customization. It has a frame made of thickened black aluminum alloy profiles and fine diamond anti-slip panels, with fully wrapped thick metal anti-collision corner guards on four corners. An integrated anti-slip plastic handle is fitted at the center of the front side, together with four sets of metal spring snap latches and double-row heavy-duty metal hinges. The slim and elongated compartment is specially designed for slender equipment. It is suitable for carrying ultra-long prime lenses, industrial long rod detection probes, bow and arrow shafts, surveying staffs, long maintenance tools and small long tubular musical instruments. Two types of interiors are available: an empty compartment lined with flat black flannel, or a design with wave-shaped shock-absorbing foam on the top lid plus solid foam at the bottom. Custom long one-piece grooved EVA lining can be made inside the compartment.

The rust-proof and wear-resistant metal lock cylinder ensures smooth opening and closing tens of thousands of times, and the case can be securely locked without a key.
Widened curved anti-slip plastic handle avoids hand soreness under full load: An integrated widened soft rubber handle is installed in the center of the front panel, reinforced with double-layer riveted metal brackets. Q1: Will this narrow long aluminum case cause damage to telephoto lenses/precision probes during vehicle consignment?
A: The four-corner metal anti-collision corners can cushion bumps during regular handling. If storing high-precision equipment such as optical lenses and sensor probes, it is recommended to choose the double-layer shock-absorbing sponge liner to greatly improve shock resistance. It cannot withstand heavy drops from high altitudes.
Q2: Can the case be cleaned by direct water washing?
A: Wipe the aluminum alloy frame and diamond panels with a damp cloth. Do not soak them in water for a long time. Keep the flannel and sponge liners away from excessive water. Make sure they are fully air-dried before storing equipment after wiping.
Q3: Can slim lenses and long-rod instruments fit entirely inside?
A: Items whose overall length, width and height are smaller than the internal dimension of 700×200×120mm can be fully contained. For longer slim equipment, you may consult our factory for the extended long aluminum protective case.
Q4: Can damaged latches, handles, hinges and corner protectors be replaced separately?
A: Spring latches, plastic handles, metal hinges and anti-collision corners are standardized universal spare parts. We can send individual replacements for self-installation once you provide the case model number.
