This lightweight small aluminum handheld protective case, Model #2095, supports small-batch OEM & ODM customization. It features a frame constructed from thickened lightweight aluminum profiles and a wear-resistant silver panel with diamond mesh texture. Four corners are fitted with rounded metal anti-collision corner guards, and the whole case weighs only 1 kilogram. It comes standard with a metal handle, two sets of metal spring latches and metal rear hinges for easy portability. It is designed to carry small hardware tools, mini testing instruments, photography accessories, chip samples, seals, jewellery and small consumables. Two types of inner liners are available: empty compartment with smooth flocking fabric or tearable grooved EVA shock-absorbing liner.

The case is built with lightweight aerospace-grade aluminum alloy frames and silver diamond embossed ABS panels. The four corners are equipped with integrally formed metal anti-collision guards, paired with double-sided metal safety latches and rust-proof metal rear hinges, delivering dustproof, lightly waterproof, scratch-resistant and mild shockproof performance. The inner side of the lid is fully lined with black flocking fabric, and two compartment configurations are offered: plain solid-color flocking empty compartment and multi-grid tearable layered EVA liner. The slim and compact narrow inner cavity is optimized for storing tiny items, including mini handheld detectors, small maintenance tools, camera filters and batteries, electronic chip samples, seals and documents, as well as jewellery. It addresses common troubles such as messy storage of small precision parts, bulky carrying outdoors, scratches and collisions, and lack of partition for tiny components. Double-sided metal spring latches ensure tight closure and smooth operation: Two symmetrical metal spring latches are fitted on both sides of the case. The push-to-lock design secures the case without a key, preventing accidental opening during bumpy transportation. The anti-rust and wear-resistant metal latches remain functional without jamming even after tens of thousands of opening and closing cycles.
Integrated curved metal handle with stable load-bearing capacity and high fracture resistance: The polished metal handle is mounted at the center of the front panel and reinforced with two riveted metal brackets. It bears weight evenly when fully loaded with tools and samples. Boasting great toughness, the metal handle resists deformation and breakage even under heavy loads.
Two types of inner liners are available to meet different storage needs:
Basic flannel empty compartment: The lid and inner cavity are fully lined with smooth black flannel, suitable for loose small items and unstandardized scattered tools. Stains can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.
Peelable layered EVA liner: The upper lid is padded with egg-crate wave foam, while the bottom is equipped with vertically slotted peelable foam. You can carve out custom grooves to firmly hold instruments, tools and accessories, protecting them from collision and sliding.
Extended metal rear hinges offer stable support and prevent loosening: The anti-rust metal hinges are fastened with double rows of rivets at the back of the case. They hold the lid steadily at a fixed opening angle, staying tight without falling off after frequent use and effectively prolonging the service life of the case.
Slim and compact design for multi-scenario portable storage: The narrow body takes up little space and fits easily into backpacks and briefcases. With waterproof and dustproof construction, it keeps dust and moisture out to prevent oxidation and scratches on small precision parts stored inside.
Flexible customization with low minimum order quantities: Laser engraving and silk-screen printing of logos, serial numbers and brand names are available on the flat silver panel. Custom color options include silver, black and champagne gold. We can also produce numerically controlled grooved full-piece EVA liners to create dedicated partitioned storage for instruments, tools and samples.

Double-Sided Metal Spring Latches
This symmetric push-type metal lock features moderate spring rebound force and tight closure. It will not loosen during short-distance bumpy transportation. The metal lock body is rust-resistant, delivering reliable and long-lasting performance for daily use.
One-piece Polished Metal Handle
The curved metal handle is centered on the front and fastened with rivets on double-layer brackets. Its polished smooth surface avoids discomfort when gripping. It can stably hold small instruments and samples under full load without bending easily.
Four-Corner Arc Metal Anti-Collision Corners
The four edges of the box are fully wrapped with metal corners with smooth and burr-free edges. They absorb impact when the box is dropped or knocked against the tabletop, preventing deformation and scratches on panels and frames.
Silver Diamond Textured Panel
The front surface of the case is fully covered with anti-slip diamond embossing that resists fingerprints and scratches. The large flat blank area ensures crisp and attractive screen-printed and laser-engraved LOGOs.

Q1: Will the internal instruments be damaged if this ultra-light aluminum case is dropped?
A: The metal corner protectors on four corners can absorb shocks from minor daily drops. If you store high-precision items such as lenses and sensors, it is recommended to choose an EVA shock-absorbing liner for better anti-shock protection. The case cannot withstand heavy drops from high altitudes.
Q2: Can the case be cleaned with water?
A: Wipe the aluminum alloy frame and ABS panel with a damp cloth. Do not soak them in water for a long time. Keep the flannel/EVA liner away from water. Air-dry the liner thoroughly before storing items after wiping.
Q3: Can small tools and samples fit entirely inside?
A: Items whose overall length, width and height are smaller than the internal dimension of 315×215×80mm can be fully stored. For larger equipment, please inquire about the enlarged aluminum protective case of the same series.
Q4: Can damaged accessories including latches, handles and corner protectors be replaced separately?
A: Latches, metal handles and anti-collision corner protectors are standard universal accessories. We can send you separate replacements if you provide the case model, and you can install them by yourself.
