This large-capacity industrial waterproof safety case #483721 supports full-process OEM & ODM customization. The military-grade case body is integrally injection-molded with thickened modified PP, featuring a matte solid black industrial-style appearance and an extended, deepened large-capacity inner compartment. It is suitable for transporting complete sets of professional photographic equipment, large testing instruments, full sets of maintenance tools, surveying and mapping equipment, outdoor shooting accessories, and small medical devices. The whole case is integrally molded with thickened cold-resistant modified PP and equipped with three-dimensional reinforcing ribs all over the body. It will not dent or crack when a person stands and steps on it or when goods are stacked in multiple layers. It withstands extreme temperature ranging from -40℃ to 90℃, and will not turn white or become brittle after long-term use on construction sites, snow-capped mountains, seashores or in vehicles exposed to direct sunlight. Resistant to corrosion by engine oil, weak acids, alkalis and seawater splashes, it delivers outstanding durability in harsh industrial environments.
IP67 double-layer fully sealed waterproof structure plus air pressure balance relief valve for all-weather moisture prevention:
The opening of the case is surrounded by double-layer thickened nitrile rubber sealing gaskets, which fit seamlessly when the four sets of latches are fully closed. An automatic pressure balance relief valve is installed on the front to equalize the air pressure inside and outside the case automatically during mountain climbing or under drastic temperature changes, preventing negative pressure inside the case that makes it hard to open. Q1: Can this protective case withstand heavy objects stacked on it or people stepping on it?
A: The case features an overall thickened structure with three-dimensional reinforcing ribs. It will not dent or crack when a single person stands still on it or when multiple layers of lightweight goods are stacked. Long-term pressure from items over 20KG is not recommended.
Q2: Will the case become brittle and crack when used outdoors in low temperatures in winter?
A: It is made of cold-resistant modified PP material. It will not crack even at -40℃. It can be normally used on snow-capped mountains and construction sites in northern areas in winter. Open and close the latches gently in cold weather to reduce wear.
Q3: How to clean and maintain the case if it gets stained with engine oil, cement or silt?
A: Rinse it with clean water and a soft brush. Wipe stubborn oil stains with neutral detergent. Store equipment only after the case is fully dried. The PP material has a corrosion-resistant surface that hardly retains stains.
Q4: Can a full set of large photographic or testing instruments fit entirely inside?

Q5: Can damaged latches, handles and hinges be replaced separately?
A: Latches, handles and hinges are standardized universal parts. Contact customer service with your case model, and the spare parts can be sent separately for self-replacement.
