It features a frame constructed from thickened black aluminum profiles and panels with diamond-shaped wear-resistant texture, together with fully wrapped metal anti-collision corner guards on four corners. Standard fittings include a central non-slip plastic handle, double-side metal spring latches and double-row heavy-duty metal hinges. The elongated and heightened compartment is specially designed for long-shaped items. It is suitable for outdoor storage of violins, violas, extra-long telephoto camera lenses for film and television shooting, long-rod testing instruments, long hardware tools, archery accessories and elongated precision equipment. Customers may choose between smooth black flannelette lining or egg-crate wave-shaped shock-absorbing sponge for the lid, and custom long CNC grooved EVA foam inserts can be made for the empty cavity of the case body.

Double-sided metal spring lock
The symmetrical press-type metal lock on both sides of the box body has moderate spring rebound, tight closure, and long-distance transportation bumps will not loosen; the metal lock body is rust-proof, and it is not easy to rust and damage in outdoor humid environments.

A: The metal anti-collision corner protectors on four ends can cushion bumps during routine handling. If storing valuable musical instruments and optical lenses, we recommend choosing the double-layer shock-absorbing foam liner to greatly improve shock resistance. However, it cannot withstand severe falls from high altitudes.
Q2: Can the case be cleaned by direct washing with water?
A: Wipe the aluminum alloy frame and diamond panels with a damp cloth. Do not soak them in water for a long time. Keep the flannel and foam liners from getting heavily wet. Make sure they are fully air-dried before placing items inside.
Q3: Can long items such as violins and telephoto lenses fit fully inside?
A: Items whose overall length, width and height are smaller than the internal dimension of 660×300×150mm can be fully contained. For longer elongated equipment, you can contact our factory about the extended long aluminum protective case.
Q4: Can damaged latches, handles, hinges and corner protectors be replaced separately?
