This Model #544025 medium wheeled industrial protective case supports full-spec OEM & ODM customization. The military-grade case body is integrally injection-molded with thickened modified PP material, featuring a matte pure black wear-resistant outer shell. It comes with a retractable pull rod and bottom universal casters, enabling both hand-carry and wheeled transportation. The widened and deepened large-capacity inner cavity can hold complete sets of professional photography gear, large testing instruments, full surveying and mapping equipment, outdoor shooting accessories, and portable medical devices for long-distance transit. Egg-crate convoluted foam and layered shock-absorbing foam can be fitted inside the case.

Heavy-duty box integrally injection-molded from thickened modified PP, drop-resistant, pressure-resistant and tolerant to extreme temperature differences: The entire box is integrally molded with cold-resistant and high-toughness modified PP. Three-dimensional reinforcing ribs fully cover the top surface, side walls and bottom of the box, with thickened arc-shaped anti-collision protrusions at four corners. It will not dent or crack when a person steps on it or multiple layers of goods are stacked on it. It withstands a wide temperature range from -40℃ to 90℃, and will not turn white or become brittle after long-term use in sun-exposed vehicles, snow-capped mountains, construction sites and coastal areas. Four sets of ABS spring latches prevent accidental popping open during long-distance consignment: Four sets of widened integrally molded spring latches are fitted on the top and bottom of the box, with thickened rebound springs inside to lock the box tightly. The latches will not come loose amid truck vibrations, air freight or violent outdoor movements. Made entirely of plastic with no risk of metal rusting, they open and close smoothly without jamming even after long-term use in humid and salt-laden environments.
Two carrying modes: retractable pull rod + universal casters + central anti-slip handle: An extendable long pull rod is built into the back of the box, and wear-resistant silent casters are installed at the bottom, allowing heavy equipment to be towed effortlessly by a single person. Double-layer cushioning sponge provides all-round protection for precision equipment: The box lid can be fitted with high-density egg-crate wave sponge, while the bottom of the compartment is lined with a whole piece of layered foam padding. Four Sets of Symmetric Spring Latches
Four widened ABS spring latches are installed on both sides of the case. They are integrally injection-molded with powerful spring tension to lock the case tightly simultaneously. The latches will not pop open accidentally during long-distance logistics shipment. Made without metal parts, they avoid rusting and deliver reliable performance in humid outdoor environments.
Reinforced Central Anti-Slip Handle
An arched plastic handle is centered on the front of the case with a double-bracket reinforced structure. The thickened soft rubber grip provides anti-slip and shock-absorbing performance. When carrying the case fully loaded with heavy instruments, stress is distributed evenly, preventing breakage and discomfort to the hand.
Full-body Three-Dimensional Reinforced Rib Anti-Collision Structure
The outer shell of the case is covered with integrally formed concave-convex reinforcing ribs. Its four corners are fitted with thickened rounded anti-collision corners. A: The case features an overall thickened structure with three-dimensional reinforcing ribs. It will not dent or crack when a single adult stands statically on it or when multiple layers of lightweight goods are stacked. Long-term pressure exceeding 30KG is not recommended.
Q2: Will the case become brittle and crack when used outdoors in low temperatures during winter?
A: It is made of cold-resistant modified PP material. It will not crack even at -40℃. It works normally on snowy mountains and construction sites in northern China in winter. Open and close the latches gently in cold weather to reduce wear.
Q3: How to clean and maintain the case when stained with engine oil, cement or sediment?
A: Rinse it with clean water and a soft brush. Wipe off stubborn oil stains with neutral detergent. Make sure the case is completely dry before storing equipment. The PP material is corrosion-resistant and resists stain buildup.
Q4: Can a full set of large photographic or testing instruments fit entirely inside?
