The case body is integrally high-pressure injection-molded from thickened high-toughness modified PP alloy. Its shell is reinforced with vertical three-dimensional thickened ribs all around, fitted with four sets of synchronous self-locking spring latches on the top and an integrated independent pressure balance relief valve on the side. A full-circle integrated mildew-resistant high-elastic sealing gasket lines the case opening, enabling it to meet military-grade protection standards of IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance with all-weather shock and vibration resistance.

Two standard basic internal configurations are provided: empty bare compartment and high-density wave-shaped shock-absorbing foam for the case lid. Custom one-piece grooved EVA inserts can be developed via mold opening upon request. The extra-long flat inner compartment can hold full sets of violin accessories, orchestral instruments such as flutes and clarinets, elongated film fill lights, and extended pipeline detectors. Featuring a lightweight all-handheld structure, it is applicable for national orchestra tours, indoor and outdoor performances, on-location film and television shooting, and field engineering surveys. It addresses key industry pain points including collision damage to valuable string instruments during long-distance transportation, paint corrosion caused by outdoor humidity, and scratches or breakage of elongated precision instruments in transit. It serves as a dedicated elongated protective storage carrier for violinists, orchestral musicians, film lighting technicians and field inspection engineers.

Core Selling Points

IP67 full-circle integrated sealing for all-weather waterproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof performance during outdoor performances:

The box opening features an integrally formed widened mildew-resistant rubber sealing ring. After closing the lid, the entire ring tightly fits the box evenly. It can block rainwater, sediment and moisture for open-air outdoor performances, on-location recording in rainy weather and dusty construction site surveys, effectively preventing the violin paint from peeling off due to dampness, metal string fittings from oxidation and rust, and short-circuit faults of circuit boards in precision detection instruments.

Vertical integrated thickened reinforcing ribs all around for compression resistance and resistance to denting and deformation:

Protruding vertical reinforcing ribs integrally formed on four sides of the box without weak splicing gaps. It resists denting, cracking and deformation under vehicle stacking, impact during loading and unloading and heavy weight extrusion, providing full protection for valuable musical instruments and long precision equipment during logistics consignment and daily vehicle carrying.

Dual-sided anti-slip reinforced handgrips for flexible short-distance transfer in narrow spaces:

An embedded main anti-slip handgrip on the front of the box and symmetrical auxiliary side grips on both left and right sides, all reinforced by multi-layer mechanical riveting. It allows multi-angle handheld movement in cramped backstages, car trunks and corridors. The curved anti-slip handles prevent hand abrasion and slipping when carrying heavy loads for extended periods.

Four sets of synchronous self-locking heavy-duty latches on the top with anti-theft padlock holes for secure closure:

Four sets of widened and thickened spring latches are evenly distributed on the box top. They compress the box synchronously upon closing to ensure sealing and will not pop open automatically during bumpy drives or walking. Each latch is reserved with a standard padlock hole for anti-theft locking during instrument storage and inter-city tour consignment to safeguard valuable violins.

Independent air pressure balance relief valve on the side for smooth opening without negative pressure blockage across regions:

The waterproof pressure relief valve automatically balances the air pressure inside and outside the box. No negative pressure will form to suck the box lid shut during cross-provincial orchestra tours and plateau field surveys, eliminating the need for forceful prying. The box can be opened effortlessly in different locations, and internal instruments will not be bumped by vibrations caused by negative pressure.

Extra-long flat dedicated inner compartment + customizable integrated lining for precise positioning of long musical instruments:

The extended, flat and slim internal storage compartment is specially designed for violins, long orchestral instruments and strip lighting instruments. It comes standard with a wave-shaped buffer sponge set and supports customized one-piece slotted EVA lining, which creates separate positioning slots matching the shapes of violin bodies, instrument cases and accessories. No sliding or friction scratches to the paint surface occur during walking or bumpy vehicle transport.

Weather-resistant modified thickened raw material for stable durability in high and low temperature performance environments:

UV-resistant and cold-resistant modified additives are blended into the raw material to maintain stable toughness of the box in extreme temperatures. The box will not turn white, crack brittlely, soften or deform after long-term use under blazing sun at summer open-air performances or low-temperature concert hall tours in winter.

FAQ

Q1: What equipment is this ultra-thin extended case suitable for storing, and what maintenance tips are there for handheld use?

A: It fits slender and lightweight equipment including violins of certain sizes, long orchestral wind instruments, long film and television lighting fixtures, pipeline detectors and more. Distribute the weight evenly with both hands when carrying the case, and avoid lifting it from only one side, which can extend the service life of the riveted handle structure.

Q2: If the case latch gets stuck or broken, can the latch parts be replaced separately?

A: Latches are standard universal accessories, so there is no need to replace the entire case. Contact customer service with your case model, and you can purchase replacement latches individually.

Q3: What accessories should be matched with the lock when carrying this long instrument case on high-speed trains or flights?

A: The original latches only fit ordinary mechanical padlocks. For air consignment, it is recommended that you prepare a customs-approved lock separately. A custom violin-specific EVA liner can better secure the instrument body and reduce the risk of collision damage during long-distance transportation.

Q4: Are the latches and plastic parts of the case prone to damage during outdoor performances in low winter temperatures?

A: Cold-resistant modified materials are added to the raw materials of both the case and latches, maintaining stable toughness in low-temperature environments. Gently operate the latches when opening and closing them in cold conditions to lower the chance of accessory wear and tear.

Q5: What is the minimum order quantity for custom integrated one-piece EVA liners, and does custom partitioning grooving for a full set of violin accessories on a single liner piece available?

A: The minimum order quantity for custom liners is 300 pieces. Separate partition grooving can be made on one piece of foam for multiple accessories such as the violin body, bow, strings and rosin. Mould development and production can be arranged once you provide dimension drawings of the actual instrument.

Q6: How to clean and maintain the case when dust and sediment accumulate in its gaps after use for performances or construction sites?

A: Clear debris from the case gaps with a soft brush, wipe stains on the case surface with a damp cloth, and store the case only after it is completely dry. Do not spray high-pressure water directly at the sealing rubber ring of the case, as this may damage the waterproof sealing structure.
