Surrounding stiffener outer wall

Q1: Can this case be submerged in water for a long time?
A: This product has an IP67 protection rating. It is waterproof against splashes and short-term shallow water immersion, and suitable for outdoor use on rainy days. However, it cannot withstand prolonged continuous deep water immersion.
Q2: Can a padlock be fitted on the buckle?
A: The buckle is designed with a standard lock hole. You can install a small padlock by yourself for enhanced anti-theft performance during outdoor storage and logistics transportation.
Q3: Can the pressure relief valve be removed?
A: Removal is not recommended. The pressure relief valve balances the air pressure inside and outside the case. It prevents the case lid from being stuck shut due to negative pressure during air transportation or in high-altitude areas, and it is fully installed at the factory.
Q4: Can the foam lining be replaced separately later?
A: Yes. The empty case and the lining are sold separately. When the foam gets worn or aged, you can get a new one for replacement without changing the entire case.
Q5: Will the case become brittle and crack in low temperatures in northern winters?
A: The case is made of cold-resistant modified PP material. It maintains its toughness even at -30℃, so it will not crack easily when used outdoors in cold winter.
Q6: Will the camera shake when placed in the empty case?
A: Devices cannot be fixed in the empty case and will move around freely. We recommend using custom milled EVA foam, which is grooved to fit the shapes of cameras and lenses, completely preventing shaking and collisions.
