The wheels are fitted with thickened wear-resistant bearings and will not be damaged under normal flat-ground pulling. Do not haul the fully loaded case up or down stairs.
Q2: What is the maximum extended length of the telescopic pull rod? Can the pull rod be replaced separately if broken?
A: The pull rod features three adjustable gears with a maximum extended length of approximately 52cm, suitable for most adults to pull. The pull rod is a standard spare part; it can be purchased and replaced individually without changing the entire case.
Q3: If all four latches of the case are locked, can it be directly checked in as air luggage for flights?
A: The case only comes with mechanical padlocks without customs combination locks. A customs lock is recommended for air shipment. The case’s waterproof and shockproof structure meets the protection standards for air consignment. Please fix the instruments with customized lining slots in advance.
Q4: The inner height of the case is 210mm. Can a vertical flaw detector with a base fit inside?
A: The clear inner height is 210mm. After deducting the 10mm occupied by the bottom EVA cushion, vertical equipment within 200mm in height can be placed at most. If your instrument is taller, contact customer service for larger-size rolling case recommendations.
Q5: Will the plastic latches and pull rod crack when used outdoors in sub-zero temperatures for a long time?
A: Cold-resistant modifiers are added to the raw materials of latches and the case body, maintaining good toughness at temperatures as low as -30℃. Do not forcefully snap latches or yank the pull rod in low-temperature environments to prevent cracking caused by cold brittleness stress.
Q6: What is the minimum order quantity for custom integrated EVA liners? Can we only carve slots for a single instrument?
A: The MOQ for custom liners is 300 pieces. We support full-block slot carving for single large instruments. Mould opening and production can be arranged once you provide dimensional drawings of the actual equipment.
Q7: Mud and sand easily get stuck in the gaps of the bottom wheels of the case. How should I clean and maintain them?
A: After each outdoor use, brush mud and sand out of wheel gaps with a soft brush, rinse the wheel bearings with a small amount of clean water, and fully air-dry the case before storage. Do not spray high-pressure water directly at the rubber sealing rings of the case.
