This Model #764830 medium-sized wheeled industrial protective case supports full-spec OEM & ODM customization. The military-grade case is integrally injection-molded with thickened modified PP and features a matte solid black wear-resistant shell. It comes with an extended retractable pull rod and universal bottom casters, plus an integrated non-slip front handle for dual-mode transport by hand or towing. Its extra-wide and deep inner cavity can hold complete sets of large professional photography gear, multi-channel testing instruments, full surveying and mapping equipment, outdoor shooting kits and portable medical devices for long-distance air shipping. Optional inner accessories include convoluted foam, layered shock-absorbing foam and custom molded EVA inserts.

Seven sets of symmetrical ABS spring latches prevent accidental popping open during long-distance air shipping: There are seven sets of widened one-piece injection-molded spring latches on the top and bottom of the case, with thickened high-resilience springs installed inside to lock the case evenly and simultaneously. The latches will not disengage even during truck jolts, air consignments and violent outdoor movements. Made entirely of plastic without any metal parts, the latches will never get stuck due to rusting, maintaining smooth opening and closing for a long time in humid and salt-laden coastal environments.
Dual-mode portable design: retractable extended pull rod + rollers + central anti-slip handle: An extendable long pull rod is built into the back of the case, and wear-resistant universal casters are fitted at the bottom. Seven Sets of Symmetric Spring Latches
Eight widened ABS spring latches are evenly arranged around the box, integrally injection-molded with sufficient spring tension. The eight points lock the box evenly and simultaneously, so it will not pop open spontaneously during long-distance logistics or air consignment. There is no risk of metal rusting, and it maintains reliable performance in humid outdoor and seaside environments.
Central Reinforced Anti-Slip Handle
An arched plastic handle is installed in the center of the front panel of the case, featuring a double-bracket reinforced support structure and a thickened soft rubber grip for anti-slip and shock absorption. When carrying a full load of heavy complete instruments, the stress is distributed evenly, so the handle is not easy to break or dig into the palm.
Three-Dimensional Reinforced Rib Anti-Collision Structure
The case shell is covered with integrally formed thickened concave-convex reinforcing ribs, with thickened rounded anti-collision corners on all four corners. It disperses impact force evenly when dropped or stacked with heavy objects, preventing the case from cracking or denting, and it can withstand the static weight of one adult standing on it.

Q1: Can this wheeled protective case withstand stacked heavy objects or being stepped on?
A: The whole case features a three-dimensional thickened reinforcing rib structure. It will not dent or crack when a single adult stands still on it or when multiple layers of lightweight goods are stacked. Long-term pressure exceeding 40KG is not recommended.
Q2: Will the case become brittle and crack when used outdoors at low temperatures in winter?
A: It is made of cold-resistant modified PP material. It will not crack even at -40℃. It works well on snowy mountains in winter and construction sites in northern regions. Operate the latches gently in cold weather to reduce wear.
Q3: How to clean and maintain the case if it gets stained with engine oil, cement sediment or sea salt?
A: Rinse it with clean water and a soft brush. Wash off sea salt thoroughly after use at the seaside. Wipe stubborn oil stains with neutral detergent. Make sure the case is fully dry before storing equipment. The PP material is corrosion-resistant and less likely to hold stains.
Q4: Can a full set of large film and photography / testing instruments fit entirely inside?
