This wheeled heavy-duty protective case Model #764840 with an increased height supports full-spec OEM & ODM customization. The military-grade case body is integrally injection-molded from thickened modified PP material with a matte black wear-resistant brushed finish. It is fitted with an extended retractable concealed pull rod, bottom universal casters, and a front central anti-slip handle, allowing dual carrying modes by hand or dragging. The extra-tall and deep large compartment offers ample storage space for complete sets of large film and photography equipment, multi-channel industrial testing devices, full sets of surveying and mapping instruments, outdoor shooting gear and precision medical equipment, making it suitable for long-distance air shipping. Dual-mode portable structure: retractable extended pull rod + universal wheels + central non-slip handle. A built-in retractable extended pull rod is installed on the back of the case, and wear-resistant silent universal wheels are fitted at the bottom. Seven Sets of Symmetric Spring Latches
Seven sets of widened ABS spring latches are evenly arranged around the case, integrally injection-molded with strong spring tension. The seven points lock the case simultaneously and evenly. The latches will not pop open accidentally during long-distance logistics or air shipping. Free from the risk of metal rusting, they remain durable and stable in humid outdoor and seaside environments.
Reinforced Anti-slip Central Handle
An arched plastic handle is mounted in the center of the front panel of the case. It features a double-bracket reinforced support structure and a thickened soft rubber grip for anti-slip and shock absorption. When lifting the fully loaded heavy equipment set, the stress is evenly distributed, so the handle will not break easily or dig into your hands.
Front Air Pressure Equalization Relief Valve
This circular relief valve is installed under the handle. It automatically equalizes the air pressure inside and outside the case. Under conditions with drastic temperature changes and during air shipment at high altitudes, negative pressure that tightly sucks down the lid can be prevented. The case can be opened effortlessly, eliminating the risk of damaging the case and precision instruments inside due to forced prying.

Q1: Can this extended-height rolling protective case withstand stacked heavy objects or being stepped on?
A: The whole case features a three-dimensional thickened reinforcing rib structure. It will not dent or crack under normal static stepping by one person or stacking of multiple layers of lightweight goods. Long-term heavy load exceeding 45KG is not recommended.
Q2: Will the case become brittle and crack when used outdoors in low temperatures in winter?
A: It is made of cold-resistant modified PP material, which will not crack even at -40℃. It can be normally used on snowy mountains in winter and construction sites in northern regions. Open and close the latches gently in low temperature to reduce wear.
Q3: How to clean and maintain the case when it gets stained with engine oil, cement sediment or sea salt?
A: Rinse it with clean water and a soft brush. After using it by the sea, wash off the salt thoroughly with clean water. Wipe stubborn oil stains with neutral detergent. Store the equipment only after the case is completely dry. The PP material surface is corrosion-resistant and hardly retains stains.
Q4: Can a full set of extended-height film and photography / testing instruments fit entirely inside?
