Dual-side metal support hinges hold the lid steadily open without sagging.
Independent metal support hinges are installed on both sides of the case. They prop the lid at a fixed opening angle once opened, freeing your hands during stage debugging and instrument maintenance. The hinges stay tight even after frequent repeated opening and closing, preventing loosening or falling off and extending the service life of the case.

Q1: Will this flat aluminum case damage mixers or precision circuit boards if dropped outdoors or shipped by courier?
A: The four metal anti-collision corner guards can cushion minor daily bumps. If storing fragile precision items such as screens, circuit boards and lenses, we recommend the version with double-layer wave foam for greatly improved shock resistance. It is not suitable for heavy falls from high altitudes.
Q2: Can the case be washed with water when covered in mud or oil stains?
A: The aluminum frame and black panels can be wiped with a damp cloth and neutral detergent. Do not soak them for a long time. Avoid saturating foam and short flannel lining with excessive water; fully air-dry the lining before storing equipment after cleaning.
Q3: Can flat mixers and complete camping gear fit entirely inside?
A: Items whose overall length, width and height are smaller than the inner dimension 600×400×125mm can be fully stored. For larger flat equipment, please consult us about wider and taller protective case models.
Q4: Can damaged accessories including latches, handles, hinges and corner guards be replaced separately?
A: Spring latches, soft rubber handles, metal hinges and anti-collision corner guards are all standard universal hardware parts. Provide your case model number, and we can send separate replacements for self-installation.
